• RSK provide services for Tax Holiday under section 80IAC of Income Tax Act, 1961 as per DPIIT (Department of Promotion of Industry and International Trade) Guidelines including preparation and documentation of as required in order accessing a host of Tax benefits.

• RSK provide and conduct due diligence in a systematic way to analyze and mitigate risk from a business or investment decision as and when required to our clients.

• RSK provide valuation services and facilitate valuations of business interests, tangible assets, intellectual property, intangible assets, common and preferred stock and other securities. • Due –Diligence and related services to of the proposed Incubatee(s) as per their bespoke requirement.

• Drafting & Vetting of Incubation/Share Holders Agreements/Founders Agreement by critically analyzing and mentioning specific clauses as per their requirements.

• Assistance in issue of shares to the Incubation Centre.

• Act as Board Observer or Investor Director for behalf of the Incubation Centre in terms of the Agreement.
